How to Claim a Scholarship
Scholarship Recipients are given a verification form at Honors Night for each scholarship received.
Sample Form
Use the form to ask your college's financial aid office to verify your enrollment or use the online system to request a formal enrollment verification. Return completed verifications to the scholarship donor on your verification form.
